The food looked really soggy and over cooked. The fried rice and chow mein looked over seasoned so I ordered white rice instead. The honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken were fairly consistent but everything else did not look appetizing at all.

I was happy to find some asian food at the airport, but it wasn't worth the wait nor the money. Food was bland. Customer service was rude. Line was long. No one seems to care and no one enjoys their job.

Panda Express in concourse F at MSP was THE only dinner option at 8:30p on a Wednesday night. After myself, several flight crew members and 13 other passengers went from restaurant option to restaurant option, the only place that had food was this one. Unfortunately the employee was beyond annoyed that we all queued up for dinner. They earned the star for having food and staying open to their advertised hours of 9pm.

I'm happy this airport has Chinese food but my experience here wasn't all that great. The wait was 30 minutes long. A plate with chow mein, beef and honey walnut shrimp is around 1300 calories (if not more). The chow mein was too salty and the noodle texture was starchy and different than the typical chow mein. All the entrees are so sweet and are full of sugar. There was a Powerade in their fridge for grab for sale that was opened because someone drank a quarter of it and put it back. The cashier mixed up my order and the lady behind mine. They ran out of fried rice and mushroom chicken. There is just an insane amount of sweetness in all the entrees. And this location was incredibly slow. There was no urgency in any of the workers. And when they ran out of fried rice, they didn't serve others behind the folks who wanted the fried rice. Instead, they waited a full 6 minutes for the rice to be made.

I've tried to come here to get food like 5 times now. EVERY time I stop but there is only 25% of the menu actually available. It's getting to the point where I didn't even want to make the walk and waste my time trying to get food from here.
